Customer : 안녕하세요? 제계좌에 10억 루피아를 입금하고 싶은데요.
영 Good Morning. I want to deposit Rp 1.000.000.000 to my account.
인 Selamat Pagi. Saya mau setor uang Rp 1.000.000.000 ke rekening saya.
CS : 현금을 갖고 오셨나요?
영 Do you bring in cash, Sir?
인 Apa Bapak membawa secara tunai?
Customer : 네.
영 Yes.
인 Ya.
CS : 5억루피아이상이나 5억루피아 상당의 달러를 현금으로 거래하시면, 자금원을 포함한 몇가지에 대해 작성하시고 여기에 서명을 해주셔야합니다.
영 Transaction over IDR 500.000.000 or USD with equivalent amount in cash, customer will be asked to fulfill this form about several questions including source of fund .
인 Transaksi diatas IDR 500.000.000 atau USD dengan nominal equivalen dalam bentuk tunai, nasabah akan dimina untuk menjelaskan beberapa pertanyaan seputar sumber dana dan pertanyaan lain mengenai pekerjaan.
Customer : 아 그래요? 그러지요.
영 Oh, really? Okay, no problem.
인 Oh, begitu? Baiklah, tidak masalah.
CS : 네. 먼저 현금을 확인해보겠습니다. 잠시 기다려주세요.
영 Alright, I will count your money first. Please wait a moment.
인 Baik, saya akan menghitung uang Anda terlebih dahulu. Mohon tunggu sebentar.
Customer : 네. 저축계좌에 입금한후 6개월 정기예금을 신규해주세요.
영 Yes, and after deposit to my saving account please make time deposit for 6 month.
인 Setelah uangnya masuk ke rekening saya, tolong buat deposito berjangka dengan jangka waktu 6 bulan.
CS : 네. 6개월과 1년 만기 정기예금은 만기전 중도해약하면 원금에서 1%의 페널티가 공제됩니다.
영 Yes, Sir. For time deposit with tenor 6 ~ 1 Year If you break before maturity it will get penalty 1% from the nominal.
인 Ya, Pak. Untuk deposito berjangka dengan jangka waktu 6 bulan – 1 tahun jika Anda mencairkan sebelum jatuh tempo maka akan dikenakan penalty sebesar 1% dari nominal penempatan.
Customer : 네. 알아요. 이자에 대해 세금은 몇프로인가요?
영 Yes, I know that. How much is the tax for time deposit interest?
인 Ya, saya sudah tahu itu.
Berapakah pajak untuk bunga deposito?
CS : 20%입니다.
영 20% Sir.
인 20% Pak.
Customer : 네 알겠습니다.
영 Okay,
인 Baik.
CS : 원하시면 만기가 되었을때 연장내역에 대한 확인서를 보내드리는데요. 어느주소로 보내드릴까요?
영 If you want, when the account is matured you can get notification letter for time deposit’s roll-over. To which address would you like to receive, Sir?
인 Jika anda mau, saat rekening ini jatuh tempo anda bisa mendapatkan surat notifikasi perpanjangan deposito. Anda ingin dikirimkan ke alamat mana, Pak?
Customer : 집으로 보내주세요.
영 Oh, please send to my home address.
인 Ya, tolong kirim ke alamat rumah saya.
